Wood fired, white stoneware jug with flashing slip. Fired for three days in the wood kiln, set slightly back from the firebox. The piece recieved a moderate dusting of natural wood ash glaze, resulting in a smooth, flashy surface with large areas of red/brown where the iron rich character of the flashing slip shows through.
